We build technology in service of democracy, human dignity, bodily autonomy, scientific integrity, and equitable opportunity. We believe in the power of technology to uplift communities and protect civil rights. Technology should not be used to replace human judgement and creativity. These values guide every decision we make and every partnership we form.
The public actions and policies of the Trump Administration—and of individuals and organizations that actively support those policies—run counter to our values. Silence is complicity; therefore, we choose transparency and decisive action. Trump's administration is inhumane, anti-democratic, and anti-scientific.
To safeguard our principles, we work only with partners who share them. Effective immediately:
Every new or existing client must sign a brief statement affirming that they do not support the Trump Administration or its successor initiatives (e.g., Project 2025).
We decline engagements with entities or individuals who:
10 % of our gross revenue is donated to organizations that defend civil rights, protect marginalized communities, provide mutual aid, and resist authoritarian agendas such as Project 2025.
We offer pro-bono technical expertise to these groups, and to career civil servants, scientists, and others harmed by politically motivated firings or agency closures.
Developers, designers, and technologists: your skills carry power. We invite you to withhold material, technological, and moral support from the Trump Administration and its enablers. Join us in setting a clear industry standard for ethical practice.
We welcome collaboration with clients, journalists, and fellow professionals who share our commitment to democracy, equity, and scientific truth. When our principles align, great work—and a stronger society—follow.
